I found this spell for you while browsing the Archaeological Library at Lund Sweden
My wife is studying archaeology at Lund University in Sweden. Today I killed time while she was in class by browsing their Archaeology records. I found a huge book from the early 1900's that has photos, transcriptions, and translations of magical papyri from Egypt. Here's a cellphone photo of a spell I found. Clarification of LBRH please
I'm still fairly new to some things and am wondering ...
Found a balancing ritual that gave instructions to:
"...perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram and then the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram for the force of the day."
I was under the impression that the LBRP and the LBRH were both done a certain particular way; that if the planetary forces of the day were included, the LBRP/LBRH became the "Greater Banishing" rituals.
Would someone be able to clarify if the LBRH can be done with the planetary forces or if, indeed, it would be the GBRH that would be performed?
If the LBRH can be done using the planetary forces, how would one go about doing so?

Emotional curse
I've been dealing with the crazy, psychotic stalker. I tried to handle things the natural way and involve the police. But when I told the police about the stalker, the police didn't do anything. She's been stalking me for a year. Finally, I decided to work with Angel Magic. I summoned Arch Angel Raphael. It improved the situation a little bit. She came to me and told me that she stalked me for a year because she holds grudges and that she has anger issues. and she asked for my email address. and I was thinking,"Are you effing kidding me? You stalk me for a year, ruining my reputation, and you actually think I'm going to hand my email address over to you? You must be joking." But she insisted that we have a truce. So, trying to be a nice, kind, gentle person. I decided what will God want me to do? Like here I am working with angel magic, reading angelic forums. Saying,"Some of the worst people in this world need love, compassion, and understanding." So, I decided to maybe it's good to be in-tuned with the angels and do what Jesus might do. Even though I didn't give her my e-mail, I allowed her to talk to me on this website.
Boy! Wasn't that a mistake. Trying to be like Jesus didn't pay off. She is so mean, bitter, and negative. It was really depressing to be around her. All she ever did was trash talk people, talked about rape, cancer, death, and all the things that made her miserable. and the worst part is she's wishy-washy. She is really mentally unstable. You know, too many 180's. First, she hates this person and she thinks this person is a disgrace. Next, she's all like,"I'm good friends with this person." Then she's all vocal about how much she hates something, I go along with it, and she says,"It's none of your business, I don't care."
Now, she's going around ruining my reputation, again. And one thing that I don't understand is why people are so stupid? This woman is 30 years old, but she acts like a teenager. Yet, she is successfully ruining my reputation. and ironically, she is friends with some really nice people. Yet, she convincing people that I'm some sort of Halloween, cartoon monster. Sheesh! No matter how much I work with angels, the girl is still troublesome. Even when I try to take the High Road and do what Jesus would do. It just backfired against me. When I was really nice to her.
And well, my reputation is extremely important to me. I don't appreciate her going around ruining my reputation. So, I was hoping to get her to treat others the exact same way she treats me. I was thinking about a paranoia spell along with misanthropy. She really does act like the child. She goes around causing trouble, then whines about me not liking her. And again, she's 30. and she comes to be last week and brags about how she got a girl to stop liking me. When I was younger, I used to believe in karma. But now, I don't know why karma isn't effecting this 30 year old child. But I figure, since karma isn't going to do a darn thing about her. I might-as-well take karma into my own hands. If I could get her to treat other people the exact same way she treats me. You know, her true colours. She wouldn't be able to ruin my reputation anymore. Now, I have to work really hard to repair my rep. And well, the best way to repair my reputation is to get her to ruin her own reputation. In time, people will eventually forget the nasty things that they've heard about me. As long as I keep being nice, I would think that it will eventually pay off. It's not really karma. It's much more like cause and effect. But if that doesn't help, I guess I would need to depend on a Goetia demon to fix my reputation. Which sucks because I don't have much success with those. I really don't know what I'm doing. You know, working with Goetia demons has always backfired.

The worst part is, it's hard to be nice to people who are mean to you. I understand why they would be mean to me. and in the sense, I can't blame them for being mean to me. I mean, most people are simple. They don't know to take what they hear with a grain of salt. People are so gullible and they just believe what they hear. But I won't give up being nice. and if I have to, I will learn how to properly summon Forneous and ask him to give me a Great Reputation. and I don't care what price I have to pay to have a good name. I know that this comes off as immature, but I was bullied terribly back when I was in school. My reputation was ruined because some jerk wanted to get everybody to hate me. And that experience effects me even now as an adult. When everybody hates you based off lies as a kid. It sticks when you as an adult. and it makes some people want to work hard to have a good name.
To me, in my opinion, from always suffering from a bad reputation. Yes, my childhood was very unpleasant. Even at pre-school and kindergarten people thought I had a mental illness because of my mother's neglectful behavior. It was never that I was mentally ill. It's just that my mother neglected me. She never taught me anything. So, I was far behind the other kids. I wasn't mental, I was just ignorant. And I had to be in Special Ed, until I caught up with the other kids. I eventually took advanced classes. and got an Advanced Diploma from High School. My point is, this is the reason why having a good reputation is so important to me. It's because I have always suffered from a bad reputation. And like a Luciferian, I agree that the WORST crime that could be committed is a crime against the ego. I have to agree with Luciferian principles that the ego is very important. And that the ego should always be nurtured. And everybody has an ego whether it would be intellect, beauty, or morality. A lot of Christians in my area go around acting like they are morality superior to everybody. As a person who has followed the Luciferian path, I acknowledge that the ego is very important. But in the end, I don't mind working with any type of spirit as long as I could serve myself.

Anti-attraction spell?
I've been following the 'love spell' threads on here with some interest.
My question is: has anyone here ever done a working to 'convert' unwanted sexual interest into something more platonic?
Under normal circumstances I'd have no problem saying directly "sorry, not interested, but I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding a woman who is."
But with this current 'admirer', I've got professional reasons for needing to stay on good terms with the guy; I've also got some concern that he's likely to react badly to a direct rejection - so in other words, we'd both be much happier if he thought it was his own idea to lose interest in me.
I'm considering devising a simple ritual to divert his attention elsewhere, but I wondered if anyone else had any other approaches to suggest?

Astral Double ‘doll’ working… On Warcraft?
So, the thought recently just hit me of creating a character on WoW thats essentially a sigilized and symbolic version of me. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the doll method presented by Nick Hall (and expanded upon by Joshua Weltz in paradigmal pirate), its essentially a servitor that for all intents and purposes is a replica of the magician. Its bound to a physical object thats a representation of the magus. It acts as a shield from all negative energies that would effect the magus. At the same time, it can fulfill a pathworking to achieve a certain goal as it travels the realm of probabilities.
How can this servitor be sigilized?
1. Video game gnosis. Its not intense but it seems to be consistent.
2. His name is a sigil.
3. The characters roleplayed personality reflects what I want to achieve mentally.
4. And maybe I'll make some emotive buttons to put on my abilities tab to use around people that act as a symbolic sigil.
Whats everybody's idea on this?
The goal is to eventually achieve a change in psyche that exists between the desire to work restlessly to acquire power like I always have and the desire for rested indulgence which will allow a form of polarized equilibrium.

I know if I do not change and improve, my life will not improve and I think I deserve better then that.
I've tried every thing I can think of (from psychological tricks to a few other things) and no dice and I've been trying for a few months now.
So my question to you is what magic or spells that you can recommend would be powerful enough to instill the emotions changes I need within myself to get myself going?

Love spell/ritual?
I'm a relative newbie, have fooled around with spells in the past (cast a few wards, done some banishings, tarot magic...nothing spectacular or very difficult), and I'd like to know if there's anything in particular I can do to assist myself in this situation I'm in.
I'll just make a long story short. There's a girl I know, and she has abandonment issues that manifest as possessiveness. She has a 'friend' who is cheating on his gf with her and at least one other woman. She also has an ex who cheated on her as well, and emotionally enslaved and abused her. If she pursues a relationship with this guy, she'll just end up hurt even worse than she is now, and I care deeply about her and don't want that to happen. Mechanics of The Facial Reflection-Distortion Technique
The facial reflection-distortion technique (FRDT) is, in a nutshell, gazing at the reflection of ones own face in a black mirror or other relatively obscured reflective device in a dark room, illuminated only by hand-held candles (held by the gazer specifically). The technique as applied to CM-ish evocation magick was an innovation of Carroll "Poke" Runyon and is a nearly sure fire method for creating some pretty remarkable visual effects.
The visual effects caused by the technique really are visual; they're not "astral" per se, they don't take place in the "mind's eye," and they're not hallucinations. There's a relatively simple physiological mechanism that, along with the basic mechanisms of perception, create the effects. I think that anyone who uses the technique should have at least a basic concept of what's going on, so here it is in brief:
By gazing without blinking for a little while, the ciliary muscles that are responsible for lens accommodation fatigue, which prevents sharp focus, which subsequently degrades the visual signal. Even before the ciliary muscles fatigue, the visual signal is already somewhat ambiguous because of the obscured reflective devise and the variable and low light conditions created by the hand-held candles. So the perceptual system is receiving a degraded, ambiguous image that is roughly in the shape of a face.
Now, generally speaking, when visual input is ambiguous, due to occlusions, poor light conditions, or any number of other reasons, the brain automatically fills in the gaps to create a percept of what's most likely to be there. As a simple example, have a look at this image:
Most everyone perceives a triangle there, even though the lines of the triangle that connect the points are not actually there. That is, the three points certainly suggest a triangle, but we tend to perceive edges that would differentiate what should be the inside and outside of the triangle where the lines that connect those points should be.There are in fact no edges there at all, but when you look at it you'll perceive that the outside of the triangle that seems to be there is a shade darker than the inside (or visa versa).
And notice that knowing there are no lines there doesn't diminish the effect. That's because it's not caused by what you think or believe. It's caused by your previous experience and the statistical probabilities that have been encoded in your perceptual system by your past experience. So given your experience with triangles, with those points in that specific relation to one another, it's almost certain that there are lines connecting them, so your mind shades your perception so that you perceive a fully formed triangle. The perception of those edges may be a little ambiguous, perhaps not supper-stark the way drawn lines would appear, but the edges are definitely perceived and they're stable. It's not an hallucination either, though one might rightly call it an optical illusion. Even so, this is your perceptual system behaving normally given this input. The gestalt of the perception is in no practical way different than if you were looking at a fully formed triangle, because a triangle is the most likely thing to be there.
So that same filling in perceptual process is responsible for the appearance of a foreign face in FRDT. If you're getting ambiguous input that looks kind of like a face, you'll see a face of some sort, and whatever was ambiguous will be filled in with something from your bank of experience. From what we know about perception, you should see what's most likely to be there. Interestingly, what most people experience with this technique, at first at least, is a fairly monstrous-looking face. We can theorize about why that should be, but in truth the reasons for it remain unclear, at least in terms of what the physiological/perceptual mechanisms tell us about what's going on.
What is clear from experience and a lot usage of the technique by many people is that with practice one can develop some control over the appearance of the image, so that what may appear monstrous at first can be morphed into something more pleasant to look at. Given the perceptual realities, however, that control is probably not directly a function of what one thinks or wants, but is more likely to be an effect of subtly shifting ones posture and the position of the hand-held candles. Interestingly, consciously shifting ones position and the candles in an effort to adjust the image doesn't tend to work well. Rather, if one merely continues to gaze, it seems that one will automatically make the necessary postural adjustments and the image will, seemingly naturally, become both more stable and less "monstrous."
Now, the technique is usually taught in conjunction with a mild hypnotic (trance) state. The visual effect, however, as should be readily understood now, doesn't depend on hypnosis or trance at all. Idea: Symbolic acts are treated as fact by the unconscious mind
I just found about about a guy called Alejandro Jodorowsky, a filmmaker and apparently a bit of a renaissance man. Amongst many other things he gives talks on something he calls Psychomagic. One of his ideas is this:-
A symbolic act can work directly on the subconscious mind, i.e. The subconscious mind interprets symbolic acts as literally true.
I'm currently trying to acquire more information and some works by this guy but I found this interesting because its a major assumption/foundation I have made in my own approach to Magick. I'm sure his ideas, when I've found more about them, will differ to my own. I'm just curious that they're similar enough to stand out in the first place.
As I see it the subconscious mind does not distinguish between actual and imaginary events. So, if you perform a ritual where you ask for the guidance of a great spirit using various symbolic gestures, the subconscious will behave as if such gestures were actualised as part of the reality it is in. This is important because, if true, it really doesn't matter so much what someone believes about the ritual work they do so much as the form it takes. Also if true, the symbols used in ritual should be thought about with some care because the subconscious may respond to them in ways that are not desired by the rational conscious waking mind. Your will/intent would also need to be tempered with understanding.

Moon ritual
I want to make a ritual for the moon to do regularly to stay in touch with the moon phases.
So I wonder are there correspondences between the moon phases and the elements, ie maybe:

Candle magic and candle safety.
It is my understanding that when engaged in candle magic the candle in use should be allowed to burn itself out, whether it takes a few hours or several days to do so (depending on the size of the candle and the spell requirements). I am very uncomfortable with this for (what should be) obvious reasons. I personally know of a few instances where an unattended candle has burnt a house to the ground. If you work with candle magic and have come up with some clever/insightful/innovative technique that includes the extinguishing of the candle after the ritual, I would be delighted if you would post your ideas here.

Candles and Mirrors
Lately, with a little help from Raymond Buckland's first book on candle magick, and a lot of gut-level intuition, I've been dabbling around with candles... I've always loved the idea of candle magick and at one time actually supported myself by making the non-magickal variety. Candles and I have a long and happy history :-).
What I'm wondering is whether or not there are any general beliefs or guidelines regarding the use of mirrors here: either by way of putting candles on top of regular (or black scrying) mirrors, or by placing the same behind candles in order to reflect their light and intention ?
In a different context, I've heard of mirrors eating light (true from a scientific/physical of view), or the exact opposite, in that they would either magnify or project better.
Thoughts anyone ?

Plants vs Zombies Protection Spell
Take a representation of a Pea Shooter from the computer game Plants vs Zombies. In this game Pea Shooters are your main infantry units protecting your house from hordes of zombies. A representation of any protector unit from a Tower Defense type computer game can be used, I just use Plants vs Zombies because I really like that game, and because it is easy to get a hold of cheap toy figures of the plants.
Sit with the Pea Shooter (or whatever is your favorite plant character) toy in your hands. You can light a bit of incense or a candle if you like. Imagine the toy coming to life and like in the game shooting down negative energy, ill wishes and anything else which can harm you. Say these words.
"I plant you in my mind the keep me safe.
Your role is like in the game which spawned you.
Shoot down all negativity, all ill wishes and all darkness from my sight.
Keep me safe, you are my guardian.
Little toy plant I bid you be my protector."
Place the Pea Shooter toy near you, like on your desk, or near your bed and know that it will prevent negativity from reaching you. Now and again repeat the spell to infuse the toy with new energy. This spell might seam frivolous, and it is, it is meant to be fun, for fun and joy are the best tools against negativity there ever was.
